2020 Mon Cheval Riesling

Handpicked and whole bunch pressed, then fermented to an off-dry finish. Citrus, pear, nectarine and mineral aromas with a touch of development. Good acidity with orange peel, honeycomb and mineral elements.

Will develop well over many years.
