Handpicked Pinot Noir grapes were temperature control fermented then matured for approximately 4 months in old barriques before bottling.

A pale salmon pink, this wine has bright aromas of melon and peach, which follow through to the palate together with strawberry and cherry. Well balanced with a lingering finish.
